This Window Kit is rated for both indoor and outdoor use in Type 12, 3 and 3R applications. The Kit comes fully assembled and is easily installed with the included hardware.

This Kit is made from stainless steel and is equipped with a Door Positioner that can lock the door open in place. The installed gasket is extremely durable and provides excellent compression performance, ensuring a water-tight seal.

Quick-release handle offer easy access while providing added security.
